The new Jeep Cherokee was released late last year as the "Trailhawk" concept car and is now in production, under the highly cherished Cherokee name and rivals the king-of-the-hill Japanese crossovers, such as the Mazda CX-5 or the Toyota RAV4. It has 2 engine choice: a 2.4 liter 4-cylinder that produces 184 hp or a 271 hp 3.2 liter V6. It is respectable off-road and has an optional off-road 4WD that includes a rear locking differential, which is pretty hardcore. My teacher just got one a couple of months ago and according to him, it is a great car to drive, be in, and just to own. I would probably get a Mazda CX-5, but this would be second on my list.
Too soft. Interesting comment.
